Biography
The story of Crimson Swan began 2010 during a vacation Robert, Simon and Marcos spent in a lonely forest cottage in Northrhine Westfalia.
The dark and ancient woods had an enormous influence on the creativity of this fellowship. Inspired by this gloomy and forlorn place Robert composed and wrote When Angels Fall, which should mark the first song of Crimson Swan. As more and more songs followed the young band decided to record the songs. Backed up by Stefan Link (Bass) and Tobias Mertens (Drums) the EP Icon was recorded in a short period of time.
Jakob (Bass) and Martin (Drums) joined the band and by this first live shows with bands like Mournful Congregation, Officium Triste, Ophis, Ataraxie and many more followed.
Crimson Swan are now about to record their first full length album which should be released in march 2015.
